I live in Arizona and did not get to see the exact order but got a call from the recipient saying it was beautiful. I lived in Iowa city for many years and am well aware of the great service from Sueppels.
I give it 4 stars because the order was for a fruit basket but the recipient initially received flowers. Sueppel’s Flowers referred the order to another company to correct the problem; and the fruit basket was delivered within a day. The fruit basket had a mix of lovely fruit and the basket had an abundance of fruit.
