As I am living in the Netherlands I did not have the complete information about the funeral service the flowers where meant for. However Sueppel's Flowers did retrieve the correct information and delivered the flowers accordingly. I later on received a whatsapp picture of the flowers from my friend and they looked lovely! Excellent service and bouquet!
I give it 4 stars because the order was for a fruit basket but the recipient initially received flowers. Sueppel’s Flowers referred the order to another company to correct the problem; and the fruit basket was delivered within a day. The fruit basket had a mix of lovely fruit and the basket had an abundance of fruit.
