The website is very user friendly - took me only a few minutes to place the order. An email followed acknowledging the order and another email when the flowers were delivered. The recipient was very pleased with the bouquet. Being out of state, this website and florist were a Godsend. I would highly recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.
I give it 4 stars because the order was for a fruit basket but the recipient initially received flowers. Sueppel’s Flowers referred the order to another company to correct the problem; and the fruit basket was delivered within a day. The fruit basket had a mix of lovely fruit and the basket had an abundance of fruit.
