I was very happy with the quickness of the delivery. I chose sweet devotion bouquet 2015 which was ALL lavender because my sister-in-law loves lavender. But the arrangement was lavender roses with everything else pink. I know it's probably difficult to guarantee that you can do everything just like the photos on your website, but if you are going to have to change the coloration, I think you should call the purchaser and review it with them. I likely would have changed to something else. I didn't want pink for a person that loves lavender. I would be happy to send you a photo of the one I thought I ordered on line and the one you delivered to show you the difference. The arrangement itself was very similar but the color oh so disappointing. Granted I have only seen a photo of what was delivered.
