Excellent same day delivery, Sueppel’s also called me right after placing my order to let me know that the item I ordered was not in season. They were able to swap it with an equally beautiful plant. They made it super easy to order flowers from Florida for someone in Iowa. I always have great service from Sueppel’s.
I give it 4 stars because the order was for a fruit basket but the recipient initially received flowers. Sueppel’s Flowers referred the order to another company to correct the problem; and the fruit basket was delivered within a day. The fruit basket had a mix of lovely fruit and the basket had an abundance of fruit.
