The flowers for my sister are beautiful but considering I paid for an upgrade, I am not sure that has been applied. The bouquet seems fairly standard; for the increase in price, I would have expected a far more stunning display. Also, the flowers and chocolates were left on the doorstep as my sister was out. In the 80+ degree temperatures, some of the chocolates were melted. A phone call to ensure someone was at home to receive the gifts would ensure a better outcome.
